Mediumship takes two main formsPhysical Mediums: Physical phenomena is of such a nature that it is usually demonstrated only at private seances. Any person sitting with the medium can hear or see what is happening. By means of raps, audible voices or materialised figures the spirit people convey intimate information about themselves, their recollection of their earthly lives and details of their lives in the spirit world.
Mental Mediums: Mental phenomena is demonstrated through the mind of a medium.
Mediums identify three forms of mental mediumship:Clairvoyance (clear seeing, the vision in the mind of pictures)This is the psychic abilityof being able to 'see' pictures, people, places, objects and colours sent from the spirit world. It is this particular gift that allows mediums to describe those they communicate with. This will also include symbolic images, which are visual clues from the communicating spirit person. Clairaudience (clear hearing, hearing the voices of spirit)This is the mediums gift of hearing spirit voices, remember though this is still an interpretation. They may for example hear a voice in one ear, but it is also possible to hear via thought. Accents, age, tone and speed are all detectable. Clairsentience (feeling, being able to sense feelings)This is the art of sensing and feeling the impressions of spirit, especially in cases of letting the medium know how they passed. They may send a sensation to the heart area for example, or pressure in the chest to indicate breathing problems, even joint pains can be sent. They can even include how the spirit person felt, emotions like euphoria, fear, panic or well-being can be interpreted. Clairoma (smell, scents associated with people in spirit)This is yet another way for spirit to help us recognise them, everything from cigar smoke to smelly feet! Different smells may link a spirit person to his job when on Earth, further establishing their identity.

time to be spiritual everyon
- Higher Self - Blue Print- Your Thoughts & BeliefsThe major component is your Blue Print, the work that you agreed to carry out for your Higher Self. Everybody is where they are meant to be. Your "Blue Print" has many paths lined up for you for each major moment. These are more profound at the various major milestones in your life. By this I mean the points in your life where you make huge life changing decisions. All paths are already known to your higher self, it's your free choice as to which path you take. Each path has varying degrees of learning associated with each. You might choose the hardest, easiest, most joyful, loving, fearful or hurtful. That's your free choice. The second major component is the "Your Thoughts & Beliefs". This is the part that you live the majority of the time in between the gaps of the major decisions. You can look at it like this, the train is always going to move down the track to reach it's destination but it's your choice if you wish to be a good passenger or a bad passenger. Will you sit there talking loudly on your mobile phone whilst taking up two seats, eating smelly food with your muddy feet sprawled out across the seats opposite, or will you be a compassionate kindly person who allows those around you to sit comfortably in your presence.
The huge misconception with the law-of-attraction is the misteaching that you can attract anything that you want. If your not meant to be a millionaire then you won't be or you won't be one for very long. The higher self will override any intentions or experiences that are not beneficial to your current Blue Print. So the key is to follow your true passions, ones that feel right within you. Not the ones that are superficial, that are really just outer addictions to power and material things.
It's important to be a compassionate human being and to be the best that you can be in each and every moment. Using your positive thoughts that are aligned with your actions in order to help serve yourself and others, not loosing sight that really we are all one. Life is nothing more than a huge drama on many different levels. We all here to play our part. Sometimes we can take our part too seriously or loose sight of our true nature and sway off into negative territory. However we have infinity to get it right. But as we are approaching a major cycle and a consciousness shift it would be very beneficial to start now.
Time as we know it is quickly collapsing in on itself as we reach the inner part of the time spiral. As we move further towards the centre, towards zero time, more and more karmic lessons will be presented ever more quickly so people have a chance at soul level to transmute these karmic patterns ready for a new spiritual era where we actually become the true creators of an unwritten future. A future where we become our higher self's once again.

Insomniac
I woke up at 2.30 and cant get back to sleep so i thought i would come downstairs and watch a few episodes of London Ink. I went to bed at half 8 last night which is early for me, i was reading a bit of my new Kurt Cobain Journals book, it is a good read so far it is not a book as such but journals of his thoughts and feelings and wot not.
Back online again!
I have been off line for around 6weeks due to my pc blowing up. I now have a new pc which is great and i feel as tho i can get back to doing what i do best, which is job hunting lol.
The past few weeks have been good, i appeared on Most Haunted 2 weeks ago which was cool, they showed a clip of me and my 2 friends. I had a brief relationship 2 weeks ago also with this lovely lass but we split last week due the fact that she wanted an open relationship and i didnt, so i ended it.
It is soo cold here at the moment i have spent £30 in the last 2 weeks on gas and it is still on the emergency level which is shit as i only got £2.29 left till it runs out. It takes the piss it really does.

Travis barker is critical in hospital after a plane crash
Wot a nite or not as the case may seem. Yesterday was a complete washout, this lass didnt come over as she said she had a headache... yea.. whatever1!!
Well i went to sleep at 8pm and woke up at 1.30 it is now 5.25am and i am still awake grrr. going to make some chicken noodles in a min i think, as i am hungry. I like this time of the morning as it is very quiet and you can think about alot of stuff.
I really would like to do a few more readings this week or any readings as i havent been doing any for a while. This is due to many factors but the main one i believe is due to the fact that spirit think i am not ready to start back doing them, due to my state of mind etc.. but i will be ready soon i can feel it.

Hi again sorry for the lack of posts
Helllo agaiinnio
God I don't seem to update this blog much do i lol! most people swear by their myspace profile but i dont use it as much as i shud do. I know that i shud as it is a good way to vent my spleen but i use blogger.com mostly as i find that more user friendly.
Recently i have been re evaluating my life and my current situation which seems to be eternely skinted and unemployed, not for the lack of trying or applying for most jobs that i see in the local rag or on here. I have recently decided that i need to concentrate on getting myself sorted which will then snowball into other aspects of my life.
I am at a stage in my life where i am going to be getting a bit of money comming my way and i am seriously thinking about going on a trip around Europe visiting Cities that are rich in culture and experiencing life that i never have before. This if taken will be taken with alot of working out and preperation. I want to experience different cultures and see different people and taste and smell different and exotic smells. I am sorta single and not got many committments, with the money i am comming into i am i a position where i have many options.

Back online
well i have not been online for a week or so because my laptop got a virus and it destroyed everything. I have had to wait 10days for my reinstallation discs to arrive which they did do on friday. When they did arrive they didn't come with the drivers to allow me to get on the net, this posed a problem for me which wound me up no end, but thankfully i have now got the drivers and now am back online.
I hope to find work really soon as it is getting me down now. It is sooo warm again i cant believe it.

Cristiano Ronaldo: The complete footballer
Anyone handed the number seven shirt at Manchester United has a lot to live up to, but there is little doubt that current custodian Cristiano Ronaldo wears it with distinction. Only a player of supreme confidence and almost unworldly ability would be happy to follow the likes of George Best, Bryan Robson, Eric Cantona and David Beckham into the 'magnificent 7' but those qualities perfectly fit Ronaldo. The winger's fantastic natural talents have developed and matured over the past five seasons at United and the player is now undoubtedly one of the most exciting and potent attacking threats in world football. The legend goes that Sir Alex Ferguson was persuaded to sign the Portuguese protégé by his own players after United had faced Sporting Lisbon in a pre-season friendly in 2003. Whatever the truth in that story it wasn't long before the largely unknown 18-year-old arrived in Manchester with £12.24 million going the other way.
He took little time to make an impact, scoring eight times in 39 games, including the opener in the FA Cup final win over Millwall. Since then Ronaldo's route to the summit of world football has seemed practically a foregone conclusion. He was at the heart of United's Premiership title in 2006-07, striking up a devastating partnership with Wayne Rooney that included seven goals in five games over the crucial Christmas period. It was that sort of form, allied to outstanding performances for the Portuguese national team, that earned Ronaldo third place in the 2007 FIFA World Player of the Year award, along with a clean sweep of domestic Player of the Year awards. To the horror of defences around the world Ronaldo only gets better. He is now a prolific goalscorer with a devastating free-kick and an extensive box of tricks. He is a natural born winner with a deep passion for the game and is well on his way to being an Old Trafford legend.

Was Kurt Cobain murdered
I just do not buy the story that after just a year, Cobain was sick enough of singing the song that made his dreams come true, that he would short-change fans , (on a whim) , who had paid him good money to suffer through playing it again. An entertainer is there to provide his fans pleasure. He is not there to entertain himself. I credit Cobain with more decency than some do, who sayCobain just decided to hate the song one day and ruin things for those who liked it. He probaby had an excellent reason fordisliking the song. Cobain played his ten year old music repetitively at the concerts with no problem. These were songs that he had played far longer and far more often than Smells Like Teen Spirit, yet he had no problem with repetition as far as those songs went. Cobain also played old Cars radio hits at his concerts, stuff that had been played to death on the radio, like 'My Best Friends Girl'. If he was such the purist that everyone makes him out to be, he should not have been caught dead doing that, but he did it nonetheless. Imagine spending years as a cover band doing old punk songs and old Led Zeppelin songs without complaint, and then a short time later being paid a couple of hundred thousand a night just to make teenaged girls smile and scream at you, with a certain three minute song, and then wrinkling your nose at it all and saying. "EEEew, how droll. It is most definitely beneath me to do so any longer." Excuse me? This from a guy who slept under a bridge at one point? He played other songs from Nevermind with gusto, and never left them out, such as In Bloom and Lithium. Songs that were created at the same time and played with the same frequency that he played SLTS or Come As You Are. There are some who say those two songs were overplayed on radio, which is why Cobain got sick of them. You think he sat around jerking off to the radio all day on his days off getting sick of the songs? I doubt it. He was too busy to listen to the radio at that time of his life, so radio popularity is a non-factor here. So why were just the two songs Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come As You Are continually butchered or avoided? I don't see it as a mere coincidence that along comes this guy who lays claim to penning the same two songs. I see no reason for this guy to just manufacture the whole story, and it neatly explains Cobain's aversion to those two songs. Playing those two songs, his biggest hits, should have been the highlight of Cobains night, if only for the pleasure which he could bring to others by playing them. We are supposed to believe he denied people that, but also earned the wrath of the promoters and record company, on some selfish little tirade? It is ridiculous. THat would be like a restaurant that earns its living serving the best pizza in the city deciding one night, on a whim, to send its customers pizza without the cheese, because they themselves were 'sick of cheese'.IT is ludicrous. Imagine all the customers opening up their pizza boxes , freshly delivered, to find their cheeseless pizzas!"Oh, I hear Mario's got bored with cheese. They are sick of the commercial predictability of cheese pizza, and besides, its over-rated."In Nirvana's case, its even worse. How many restaurateurs earn the kind of money that they did for one nights dancing around?Cobain was being paid to deliver, paid big money. It is F***ing ridiculous. Cobain had to have another reason for doing that, and it was not 'artistic purity', imo. He was tired of singing the song because it always reminded him of what he dreaded. Exposure. Fraud. Shame. If what this guy is saying is true (and I think it is) every time he played the song , he'd be sickened by it. And scared by it. He'd be expecting each new city to be the possible home of the writer, each tour date one closer to the inevitable day that someone came knocking on the door, or ringing his phone, saying "Hey Kurt, I have a tape of my band that proves we did that song three years before you recorded it. "It may be that he committed suicide partially to avoid ever seeing that day. I can understand veteran bands like the Rolling Stones (Mick Jagger) getting sick of singing at aged 30, 40, or 50, songs that they recorded as teenagers, with fans expecting them to still sound the same and look the same and think the same as they did thirty years ago.I can understand Eric Clapton eventually morphing 'Layla' into a more dignified version , befitting the veteran blues man that he'd become.I can imagine Aerosmith dreading another rendition of 'Dream ON' or 'Walk this Way' thirty years later. I can see Bowie vomiting at the thought of stuttering 'ch ch ch ch changezzzzzzzzzzz' again .The night's gate receipts are neither dependent or resplendent on one or three songs. These people , these megastars, have literally dozens of hits behind them to make the night a success.I cannot imagine Nirvana in the same context . I refuse to delude myself into believing that it was the same situation. They had ONE hit record:Nevermind. There were three or four big hits on it. To most of their fans, including the promoters and record company execs among them, the two major hits were Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come As You Are, and these songs were not even a year old before Cobain began screwing with them. Mocking them, avoiding them. It was almost like he was expecting the sh** to hit the fan, and he wanted to be able to say "Hey, you all know that I hated those songs and never liked to play them. Shit, I even parodied them. Remember?" Reluctantly. They played it reluctantly, but they had to play it , for obvious reasons.I know of someone who used to follow the band around when they were in his REGION, and he saw them live in about five different cities on the same tour. According to him, in every city that he caught them in, Cobain played Come As You Are in a slightly different key, and almost always did something to change it, whether it was botching the guitar solo slightly, skipping a verse, or changing lyrics slightly. These were things that someone like him would notice, a truly obsessed fan, while most people would not. He said the same thing went for Smells Like Teen Spirit. Cobain would do small things to the tuning or key of it, shorten it, distort it, but what he noticed most of all was Cobain's lack of enthusiasm for singing it. The song was always set to be the highlight of the night, and Cobain would sing it mechanically and emotionlessly. By contrast, he belted out flawless and emotive versions of all his other songs. The end result was always the same . A subtle feeling of disappointment at the end of the night. A feeling something had been held back or had gone missing.Cobain was forced to explain this in interviews. People were noticing and asking about it. and he would answer with things like "we sold out with that record (Nevermind)"Here is a review of a DVD that Nirvana put out of their live performances called Nirvana Live!Tonight! (1994)'The performances:The setlist would have been fine, but a few of the songs are not fully included. An elitist and mean tease of the audience with a few seconds of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" before breaking off and Kurt saying the band wasn't going to perform that one (Why, then start it at all?) is only complimented with a pretend performance of the song with Kurt mockingly lowering his voice, and even this footage ends during the guitar solo. "Come as You Are" also suffers from an irritating singing style choice that Kurt felt reflected his artistic passion that night, rather than some perverse joy from screwing with fans and ruining a song the band had probably spent weeks if not months perfecting in studio.'They were supposed to play Smells Like Teen Spirit at Video Music Awards in 1992, and Cobain refused, and they ended up doing 'Lithium'.btw, on the back page of "The Muddy Banks Of The Wishkah", a live compilation CD of their biggest hits, turn it over and look at the credits: "All songs written by Kurt Cobain except "Smells Like Teen Spirit and Scentless Apprentice". And notice 'Come As You Are' was not even included on it. There is no live version of Come As You Are on a live compilation album of their biggest hits? wtf???btw, Scentless Apprentice is officially known to have been written by all three members of Nirvana. There is no explanation of who wrote Smells Like Teen Spirit. The other band members have never claimed to have written it."We're going on tour this year and we're gonna have a whole new setwith whole new songs so that we don't ever have to play Smells LikeTeen Spirit again. I mean it's a great song but for many people it'slike the only Nirvana song and that's upsetting" - Kris and DaveI ask again:What in the hell is so upsetting about getting rich while bringing joy to millions of people by singing a f***ing 3 minute song? Now we know the answer.
What strikes me as odd, is that Courtney Love made a habit of plying the media with 'heroin' stories. She was notorious for playing the media and at least once voluntarily contacted the media with a false story about hers and Kurt's drug use. While this was long ago dismissed and written off as a publicity ploy, a mere stunt for media attention, what if it were actually something else? What if it really is true that grunge was createdby the CIA, and that part of the plan was to popularize heroin use by associating it with glamorous rock stars? In that case, Love would have been following orders to make their drug use public. What if Cobain's plan to stop using drugs angered the people who had made him who he was? Maybe they wanted himto stay addicted to maintain control of him, and feared that once he kicked the drugs , he was going to start remembering thingsand revealing things that they did not want him talking about? What if the drugs were crucial to suppressing his memories, and they wanted to keep him quiet? This reminds me of the stories of aging prostitutes who are mysteriously murdered by 'serial killers' almost the moment they kick heroine and try to retire. Can't let them go 'straight' with all that they know about who supplied them their drugs, and setting a bad example to all the other addicts out there. Think of it. If a hooker were to kick the drugs, and start helping her friends and younger girls kick the drugs, next thing you know you have a confict on your hands. The dealers want the money to keep rolling in. They do everything they can to keep the girls addicted and hooking, while the 'reformed' prostitute is working against them, trying to save her friends that are still alive and get them off the drugs, and the worst part is that she becomes walking proof that it is possible. Then the dummy might get the bright idea to help the police bust the suppliers of the drugs by sharing what she knows about who. A terribly bad influence on the youngsters, and a threat to the security of the network, she is found dead in the river like a lot of others.Maybe Cobain was set to go making a nuisance of himself the same way. Off the drugs, and in rehab boasting about how he'd like to warn his young fans about drugs etc.Nirvana came from 'out of nowhere' , and suddenly got heavy MTV rotation of their videos, and coincidentallyhappened to be already touring in Europe on the strength of a no-name unknown album. Then it goes around to all the young people that Cobain's on heroin, heroin is the in thing, and oh, somebody knows someone else who can get them some to try out. This looks contrived to me. The same people providing the music and the MTV publicity etc.are the ones providing the drugs: the international narcotics trade. It is known that MTV is allegedly owned by figurehead Murray Sumner Rothstein (aka Sumner Redstone) , who is a former OSS/CIA encryption specialist. Rothstein worked for the OSS cracking Japanese codes during WWII.Rothstein/Redstone is CIA all the way. The CIA is notorious for running drugs all over the world. Does Rothstein really own all those huge networks and conglomerates, etc? Or is he really just the figurehead for the true owner:the CIA. Are we in frigging communist Russia, with the KGB owning bloody television stations and newspapers? So now are we starting to see why the heroin-addicted Cobain found himself on MTV and in 40,000 seat venues? He was there to promote heroin use, because at the time , white kids were starting to reject, en masse, the 'ghetto chic' drug culture that MTV was merchandising.Grunge was created as a 'white ghetto' alternative, imo. The end goal being the same: Make street culture de rigeur among kids as a conduit to push drugs.I think with Cobain they gave up, blew his head off, and decided to make the drug dealers themselves the MTV stars, with people like Snoop Doggie Dog and Nelly and all the other 'gangstas'. Why fart around with risky white icons like Cobain?

hi
Are you a nice guy who has always wondered why the cocky guy -- the one who barely appears interested in the girl -- is usually the one who gets the girl? Have you suffered from hearing the words, "You're a really nice guy, but I only like you as a friend," from a woman who you would do (or may, in fact, have already done) just about anything and everything for -- only to turn around and watch her date (or even chase) a guy who treats her like she's nothing special? And are you stumped wondering why she would date a guy who treats her like that when she could have you who would treat her like a princess and give her everything she wants? Well, you better brace yourself because I'm going to tell you a couple of secrets that you might not want to hear. First, "nice" equates with boring and predictable. Look up "nice" in the dictionary and you find: pleasant; agreeable; satisfactory. In other words, average -- not exceptional, not exciting, and not sexy.I'll bet you've never heard a woman say she didn't want to date a guy because he was too confident, too passionate, or too exciting -- have you? But, I'll bet you have heard women say things like, "He's such a nice guy. He's so sweet and he's always there for me, but I only like him as a friend." Or, "He's such a good guy -- kind, thoughtful, generous, honest, loyal -- but there's no chemistry. He just doesn't turn me on." Sadly, I hear it all the time. The fact is, Mr. Nice Guy, you cannot bore a woman into feeling attracted to you or into wanting to date you. And as obvious as that sounds, if you are one of those guys I described that is exactly what you are trying to do. And it won't work. Please understand that I am not suggesting that you mistreat women or disrespect them in any way. What I suggesting is that you value and respect yourself more. What I suggesting is that you value and respect yourself more. To illustrate what I mean: The answer to the question, "Why does the guy who doesn't appear to care as much about the girl get the girl?" is simple: The nice guy cares too much, too soon. He has made the woman too important and too valuable and it shows in everything he says and does. He is too available, too eager to please, too accommodating, and he gives too much -- all without getting anything in return. By doing so, he has made himself appear desperate, insecure, needy of this woman's attention, affection, and approval -- and he has stripped himself of any value in her eyes. After all, if he's already doing and giving everything, without her doing or giving anything - why would she value him? She won't. She is not going to value him any more than he values himself. What she is going to do is look for someone else, someone who she perceives as being more worthy, more confident, and more valuable. It works like this: Once you need something, or you want it too badly, you forfeit your strength and lose all power of negotiation. Once you need something, or you want it too badly, you forfeit your strength and lose all power of negotiation. You are in a position of weakness and you are perceived as weak. Someone (or something) else is in control of you, the situation, and it's outcome. Men in this situation appear to be anything but confident, strong, and exciting. More, they are perceived as being unworthy and as lacking value. Translation: Things that are easily acquired, obtained, or maintained, without any effort or sacrifice, lack value... it's human nature. The secret to why the cocky guy wins with women, over the nice guy, is that he is perceived as being a stronger, more confident guy with more value. How? He never invests everything -- his entire being, ego, and self-worth in what one woman's response or reaction to him is. He doesn't gush with compliments; he isn't always available; he doesn't give too much; and he knows he isn't going to die if a woman says "no" to him. More, his attitude is, yeah, I'd like to go out with you, but if I can't, that's OK -- I'm a busy guy, with exciting things going on, and lots of other options.

spirit commuication
The Phases of a Communication Many of the difficulties encountered by the student of evidential mediumship arise from a lack of understanding concerning the three phases of a typical message. This very often causes the developing medium to feel that he or she must have a complete message formulated within the mind before standing to give it to the sitter. Here are the three phases involved: Phase One: This first phase occurs when you begin the message. The spirit communicator has made the initial link with you, through your energy field, and begins to draw closer to you. The information which the communicator imparts to your consciousness may not be very clear, because the link is not yet very strong. As you pass on each little bit of information to the sitter, the communicator feels more comfortable with you and is, consequently, able to draw even closer. This, in turn, allows additional information to come more clearly. Phase Two: This middle phase occurs while the communicator maintains as strong and complete a link with you as possible. This is the period in which the real substance of the message is given, because you and the spirit friend are as close as you will become during this particular communication. The information comes through quickly and clearly here. When the essence of the message is given and the communicator feels satisfied, he or she will then begin the withdrawal process. Phase Three: This final phase occurs while the communicator is stepping away from you. The information begins to become a little less clear, because the control gradually weakens and the energy fields begin to become separated. The message should come to a close during this phase of the communication. The problem arises when, during the first phase of the message, the student does not work hard enough to establish a stronger link with the communicator and, thus, get into phase two. It is at this point that many developing mediums encounter difficulty and either stand in complete silence or give up and conclude the message, without offering any tangible evidence or information. This can be very frustrating, because the worker did not give the spirit communicator ample opportunity to get close enough to relate the substance of the message. As a developing medium, you must understand that the initial stage of a message may not be very clear. The spirit communicator is still feeling his or her way around and trying to blend with your energy field. At this stage, you must work hard, maintain some form of verbal interaction, and attempt to strengthen the link, so that you and the spirit friend can pass onto the next stage of the communication. Be brave and give whatever bit you get, so that the communicator will be given the opportunity to draw closer and work with you even more strongly. This requires that you work hard and not give up! Unfortunately, today, students are simply not trained to work hard at their developing mediumship. Everyone expects instant results. Make me a medium this weekend is the plague of this New Age of frivolous channeling. This is why you should work at giving the three elements of a message: a communicator; a description; and the message. Evidential message work is spontaneous. The bottom line is this: you never know how the message will come about, until you open your mouth and begin speaking. This is where you must exhibit trust and faith and understand that the harder you work at giving a message, the better and more clear it will be

Well i have been back in weighton for 24hours and to be honest im shit bored already, i cant believe i lived here for so long, it is sooooooooooooooooo boring, most people here seem to only live for the weekend which i find strange.
Living in Elland just outside Halifax has taught me to cherish everything i have there, such as my freedom and my close friends in Vicki and John. I value Vickis friendship alot along with my other good friend Cat who i know from Uni.
I am sat here in the Griffin pub on the wifii lol with my laptop and pint on the table. people around the bar are mingling which is cool, i feel abit of a pleb but fuck it its free wireless broadband on my laptop and im not complaining.

Midweek again
Yesterday was a wierd day, i woke up early at 630am and went down stairs to use my laptop, this laptop that i am writing this amazing blog from,(well not so amazing prolly lol.).
I got a phone call from a mobile phone company who i had sent my cv off to from a graduate jobs website a few days previously. I am waiting for the call back which i hope will be soon.
Last nite at 5 i went for a great workout at the gym, i have been slacking off a bit recently due to my tiredness, which i belive is due to me possibly needing to up my dosage of my thyroid tablets as i have increasingly become more tired and lethargic, the tests i had 2weeks ago have come back and i have made a follow up appointment to see my doctor.
This morning my man utd shirt came thru the post for me from my sister, which im greatful for.

so long
God is it that long since i last posted, i havent posted anytihngg worthwile for a long time, my life has taken may turns and diversons the past 18months, dad dying splittin up with my gf on the same day, moving into the house im in now, .
The list goes on, i dont want any pitty, i dont wallow in the self depreciating self pity that some people do and take pleasure in, no i am a survivor as they say wot dosent kill you makes you stronger. That is soo fucking true, if your reading this Vince elgey then hi just wanna say hi, we should arrange something for you and ur lass to come over to mine for a weekend and go out for a niteout.
It is 14years tomorrow since the king of GRunge Kurt Cobain passed to spirit and also the anniversiry of the legend that was Layne Stayley of Alice In Chains also passing, lets take a moment to think about those two and what they contributed to the world of music at that time in our lives when we were teenagers or early to late 20somethings.
Anyways i have been going reguarly to my local spiritualist church in brighouse every weds with two great people in debbie and vicki, they have become close friends to me and i like them and thier company, each is different and at the same time full of love and laughter. They have both helped me thru atough time, much respect to them both.

moon sign capricorn
You have an earthy practicality, giving dependence and a sense of responsibility towards those around you. You are enduring and brave and do not shrink from less than pleasant tasks, if you see a sense of duty. You could be a little shy or reserved and will not be given to spontaneous outburst of emotion. Later in life, you appear cool and in control, and with your life stretching before you as a series of planned events and expectations. You could be loyal and unswerving when you eventually give your heart to someone else, and will stick around when others have given up, You fear humiliation and will carry around a hurt or slight long after the incident has been forgotten by everyone else. You have dignity and tenacity and a realistic vision of the world as it really is, not as others expect it to be.

Reading at 1 this afternoon
i am meditating in a bit for my reading i am doing this afternoon, i have been thinking of developing my healing more and also my clairaudience,
i found this on a cool website which may be helpfull for people interested in healing.
Here are some questions that you may ask yourself when exploring spiritual healing, if you have a question that is not answered here please add it to this thread and l will try to answer it for you ) Q - What is Spiritual Healing? This form of healing, which is not to be confused with spiritualism, uses a holistic approach, helping a person to return to the harmony of body, mind and spirit. The channeling of energies by the healer re-energizes the patient to deal with illness or injury. Healing often helps with the speed and extent of recovery from serious illness and major surgery and from the effects of treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy. It complements allopathic and alternative medicine. Healers see the body, mind and spirit as one interdependent unit and believe all three must work in harmony to maintain positive health. Any problem, from a broken leg to depression needs the power of healing to restore the balance of the whole person. Some feel that sickness often starts in the mind, or at the deeper level of the spirit, and it is often here that healing begins. Q - How is it practiced? The channel is usually a person, whom we call a healer, and the healing energy is usually transferred to the client through the healer's hands. The healing does not come from the healer, but through him/her. When a healer lays his hand the client he/she acts as a conductor or channel for the healing energy which he/she believes has the "intelligence" to go where it is needed. Within Spiritual Healing there are specific healing techniques for each level of the human energy field. For a spiritual healer, healing includes sensing, cleansing, balancing, repairing and charging the field. The healing energy moves through all levels of this field, those that correspond not only to the client's physical, emotional and mental nature, but to his/her spiritual nature and basic beliefs in reality. Q - Will it harm or cure me? Spiritual healing given by a trained Spiritual Healer will not harm or injure anyone. Many times you will see a marked improvement. There is no form of healing that can be guaranteed. Nor can there be a guarantee that there will be any improvement or cure.Q - What will I feel? All healing sessions are different. Sometimes you will feel the healers hands get warm or even hot. This is a sign of the Divine Energy that is channeled through the healer. Clients have seen colors, visions, shapes, figures and some see nothing. Almost all the clients get a wonderful sense of peace and a gentle soothing of one’s spirit. It is different for every client.Q - What can I do to help my healing session? Relax as much as possible. Mentally open your mind to allow the healing energy to flow through your body. Even if you don’t feel anything, trust in it!! Keeping an open, unbiased mind will help the flow of energy. Q - What methods does a Spiritual Healer use? There are many methods to do healing work that are available to a Spiritual Healer. Some of these are:Prayer Distant Healing Journeying Advance levels of concentration Visualizations Past life healings Channeling of Spiritual Energy (Universal Energy) Channeling of Spiritual Guides and Helpers Q - Do I need to be of a certain religion to make this spiritual healing work? Not at all. Your choice of religious values will not effect your healing. Q - What do I need to do as my part of my healing? Envision yourself healed and well after each session. Envision yourself returned to perfect health at the mind, body, and spirit level. By doing this you will encourage your natural healing processes to start to work on your condition. Relax and trust in the Divine Power and allow the healing doctors to work.

Psychic intuition
Everyone has some innate psychic ability. Psychic is intuition is the ability to know without words, to sense the truth without explanations. Intuition is not bound by the physical body. It operates by know the past present and future are simultaneous. It takes the desires of your conscious mind, goes out into the future and finds a way for you to have them. It speak to you through insights, revelations and urges. It does not say to you in an intellectual way "I must do this tomorrow, this is on my list and it would be good to get this done" Instead it says "Wouldn't this be fun wouldn't it be joyful? This is what I want to do today" Bridge the gap between the intellect and intuition, use the heart energy of trust and faith. Intuition will often give you answers that are not logical yet the answers work if you trust and accept them. There is a role for intellect, that is to formulate plans, decide where to go, and carry out things with action. Intellect is like the captain of a ship, consulting maps, making plans, steering the ship. Yet the weather and ocean actually determine the course, so the captain must remain flexible and use his plans as a guideline. Intuition tells you of the storms ahead and detours you must take. Focus your will and intent on going higher, that is the best use of your intellect, top keep you on course and set goals that interact with the world. Your intuition will take you there in the best, fastest and easiest way - if you follow your feelings, hunches inner urgings and desires. You intuition sends you messages constantly, telling you every moment what to do to open your energy. It is always directing you towards aliveness and a higher path. The intellect can do battle with your intuition, and the intellect loves to run the show. Your intellect might say that "if it happens too easily it can't be right". Many doors will open when you follow your intuition. You can find new answers to your problems in seconds rather than days, weeks or months.Allow yourself to listen to your whispers and to act on them. Do the things you have been wanting to. Be a child again. Create fun in your life and you will find that creative energy will awaken and flow as never before. If you find yourself resisting something, stop and ask yourself what you would rather do instead. It may be that it is not the highest way, or it may be the wrong time. Intuition, the sixth charka is associated with the colour of indigo, red violet. If you find that you are attracted to that colour, it may be that you are opening in this area. For those of you who are opening the sith charka, or the third eye, as it is called, the challenge is to hear your intuition, and then follow it with action.

Munich 50yrs on remembered
The Greatest?? i think so
Duncan Edwards Born: Dudley.Age: 21.Appearances/goals: 177/21.England: 18/5. When I used to hear Muhammad Ali proclaim to the world that he was the greatest, I would always smile. The greatest of them all was a footballer named Duncan Edwards - Jimmy Murphy
Is it possible that Duncan Edwards was really that good? Greater, perhaps, than Pele or Alfredo di Stefano? Frustratingly, there being little film footage available of him in action, we must depend upon the evidence of eyewitnesses at the time. "He was the best player I've ever seen and the best footballer I ever played with," says Sir Bobby Charlton. "I always felt I could compare well with any player - except Duncan. He was such a talent, I always felt inferior to him."
In pics: The others that died Munich remembered
Sir Bobby Charlton: The Munich story
Robert Philip: Countdown to a tragedy
Even Matt Busby, who was vehement in his refusal to acknowledge that one 'Babe' might be regarded as more important than the others, could not camouflage the tone of awe that entered his voice whenever Edwards' name was raised. "Duncan had everything. He was so big, so strong, so confident and still so young. Right from the start we gave up trying to spot flaws in his game. John Charles was another giant of a player, a giant with great, great skill. But as a player, even John didn't have as much as Duncan. He used to move upfield brushing people aside to lash in late goals when we needed them."
Phenomenal: Duncan Edwards
The complete footballer who could have played in any outfield position - though he is primarily remembered as a defensive midfielder - Edwards was only 18 when he became England's youngest post-War international, a record that stood until Michael Owen's debut in 1998. But long before he starred in England's crushing 7-2 defeat of Scotland at Wembley on April 2, 1955, every club in the land had been monitoring the movements of the boy wonder from the Black Country.
As early as 1948, a handwritten letter from United's chief scout in the Midlands, Jack O'Brien, landed on Busby's desk. "Have today seen a 12-year-old schoolboy who merits special watching. His name is Duncan Edwards, of Dudley. Instructions please." O'Brien's recommendation was promptly passed on to coach Bert Whalley with the added instructions: "Please arrange special watch immediately - MB."
With the young man in question turning out for Wolverhampton Street Secondary School, Dudley Schools XI, Worcester County XI and Birmingham & District XI, arranging a 'special watch' represented something of a full-time occupation. At the age of 13, he walked out at Wembley on April 1, 1950, to win his first 'cap' for England Schoolboys against Wales Schoolboys in front of a crowd of 100,000; at 14 he was appointed England Schools captain - a position he would hold for two seasons. With Wolverhampton Wanderers hovering, on June 2, 1952, United pounced, Whalley banging on the Edwards front door at 31 Elm Road on the threadbare Priory council estate at 2am, brandishing amateur forms. Having put pen to paper, young Duncan, still in his pyjamas, left Whalley and his father, Gladstone, to sort out the details while he climbed the stairs to bed, muttering: "I don't know what all this fuss was about. I've said all along that Manchester United were the only club I wanted to join."
Ten months later Edwards made his first-team debut at left-half aged 16 years and 183 days against Cardiff City at Old Trafford; not that the date April 4, 1953, is writ large in the history of Manchester United, a 4-1 defeat leaving the reigning champions in the no-man's land of mid-table. Busby was fully aware that despite his side's league title success the previous season, the majority of the United players belonged to the over-the-hill gang and Edwards' fellow 'Babes', David Pegg, Dennis Viollet, Bill Foulkes, Mark Jones and Jackie Blanchflower, were also introduced during the closing weeks of the season.
A permanent fixture in the England Under-23 side from the age of 17, United's teenage sorcerer may have grown in fame with every passing game but he remained engagingly modest throughout his all-too-brief career. "He might have been the Koh-i-Noor diamond among our crown jewels," Murphy explained, "but he was an unspoiled boy to the end, his head the same size it had been from the start. Even when he had won his first England cap but was still eligible for our youth team, he used to love turning out with the rest of the youngsters. He just loved to play anywhere and with anyone." (He had one known vice as a child - as well as representing his school at football, he was also a member of the Morris dancing team.)
According to Busby, ". . . the bigger the occasion the better he liked it", and there were few bigger occasions than England's 1956 international against World Cup holders West Germany in the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, where Edwards scored a goal. With 25 minutes gone and the score 0-0, he gained possession on the edge of his own penalty area and set off on a run that left a trail of West Germans in his wake before smashing the ball into the net from 25 yards.
Inspired by Edwards' 'wonder goal', England went on to win 3-1, after which captain Billy Wright observed: "The name of Duncan Edwards was on the lips of everyone who saw this match; he was phenomenal. There have been few individual performances to match what he produced that day. Duncan tackled like a lion, attacked at every opportunity and topped it off with that cracker of a goal. He was still only 19, but was already a world-class player."
Sir Bobby Charlton pays tribute to those who lost their lives in the Munich air disaster
After being carried from the wreckage of the plane, Edwards fought for life with the same indomitable spirit in which he played football. Suffering from a collapsed lung, damaged kidneys, broken ribs, broken pelvis, multiple fractures of his right thigh and a litany of internal injuries, for 15 days he defied death in the Rechts der Isar Hospital before even he had to accept defeat.
Among the questions that can never be answered is whether England - with international regulars Edwards, Tommy Taylor and Roger (and possibly Jones and Pegg) from United's 1956 and 1957 championship-winning team - could have won the 1958 World Cup in Sweden instead of bowing out in the group stage after a 0-0 draw with eventual winners Brazil? And come 1966, when Edwards would only have been 29, would it have been his hands or those of Bobby Moore that held aloft the Jules Rimet trophy?
On the day of his funeral, more than 5,000 people lined the streets of Dudley, following which Jimmy Murphy offered the following valediction: "If I shut my eyes now I can see him; the pants hitched up, the wild leaps of boyish enthusiasm as he came running out of the tunnel, the tremendous power of his tackling, always fair but fearsome, his immense power on the ball. The greatest? There was only one and that was Duncan Edwards."
Duncan Edwards is buried in the Borough Cemetery, Dudley, where the inscription on his headstone reads:
A day of memory,Sad to recall,Without farewell,He left us all. . .

A day of memory,Sad to recall,Without farewell,He left us all. . .

Im a Spiritualist Medium and healer
I have always proclaimed myself to be a spiritualist and follow the seven principles of spiritualism.
1. The fatherhood of God
2. The brotherhood of man
3. The communion of spirits and the ministry of Angels
4. The continuous existence of the human soul
5. Personal responsibility
6. Compensation & retribution for all good & evil done on earth
7. Eternal progression open to every human soulI do however point out that I do not force my spiritualist beliefs onto anyone and has clients from all walks of life and from many religions.Following the philosophy that there are many paths in life and many ways to God, we should all strive to be more tolerant of others.

Heath Ledger Found Dead!!
This is tragic news
Hollywood star Heath Ledger was found dead in New York in a possible drug-related death, police said. He was 28.
Police spokesman Paul Browne said Ledger had an appointment for a massage at the Manhattan flat he was found in, believed to be his home.
The housekeeper, who went to let the actor know the masseuse was there, found him dead.
The Australian-born actor was an Oscar nominee for his role in Brokeback Mountain and has numerous other screen credits.
He met his wife, actress Michelle Williams, in 2005 while filming Brokeback Mountain.
Ledger and Williams lived in Brooklyn and had a daughter, Matilda, but they split up last year.
Ledger played the suicidal son of Billy Bob Thornton in Monster's Ball and had starring roles in A Knight's Tale and The Patriot.
He was to appear as the Joker this year in The Dark Knight, the sequel to 2005's Batman Begins.
